- MINUTES: From joint work session and regular meeting on March 3rd, joint work session and joint work session March 31st. RESULT: OLD BUSINESS: Shane Philbrick's garage build request was approved in January with the condition that the ordinance regulating garage placement was amended. Both boards agreed that this garage was going to comply with the future ordinance so a permit was issued. There is more conversation to be had in the future to amend the ordinance. NEW BUSINESS: A short term rental application has been submitted, the applicant has both the fire and building inspection scheduled. Therefore if approved the approval is conditional on the approval from both inspections. The Daggett County health clinic will be requesting a build permit later this year, a lot line adjustment must be approved first to move forward. Jana Franz is requesting a build permit for a house proposed to be constructed at parcel number 01-092A-0017(East Ridge).
