- Public Notice - Salvage Items for Bid As of June 3, 2025, the following items have been declared surplus and are available for public bid: Description / Estimated Valuation Pool Heater $250.00 Windows Each $25.00 Fence Panels $35.00 Light Fixtures Each $2.00 Desk $20.00 Doors Each $50.00 Bids will be accepted in person only at the Finance Department window, second floor of City Hall (374 East Main Street) until 5:00 PM on Friday, June 6, 2025. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and include the following: The item you are bidding on Your bid amount Your contact information Any other relevant details you wish to include Bids will be opened on Monday, June 9, 2025. Items will be awarded to the highest bidder, who will be contacted with instructions for payment and item removal. Successful bidders must pay for and remove their items no later than Wednesday, June 11, 2025 (two business days after notification). Failure to do so may result in forfeiture.
