- Boulder Town, Utah Notice of Ordinance Adoption Ordinance No. 2025-2 An Ordinance Regulating Duplexes Within the Incorporated Areas of Boulder Town, Garfield County, State of Utah. Adopted May 1, 2025 Ordinance 2025-2, from Boulder Town, Utah, regulates duplexes within the town's incorporated areas. The ordinance amends land use codes to allow for duplexes. It includes definitions for 'driveway,' 'duplex,' and 'dwelling.' A digital copy of the ordinance is available in the 'Documents' section on the Boulder Town website, specifically under 'Ordinances.' Until the codification process is finalized, the digital copy will be linked at the bottom of the page.
