- BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING NOTICE NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Water Conservancy District, Washington County, Utah will meet in public session Monday May 5, 2025, at 6:00 PM at 533 E Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah 1. Consider approval of impact fee waiver for Switchpoint 2. Consider approval of Toquerville Springs to Virgin pump station 3. Consider approval of engineering contract with Sunrise Engineering for La Verkin Pond and Pipeline Project 4. Discussion on a resolution limiting use of District water supplies and infrastructure 5. Consider approval of purchase of backup generators 6. Consider a resolution approving ultra-water efficient standards and providing related direction to staff 7. Consider approval of P-Card for Nick Stokes & Brandon Kunze 8. Manager's report 9. Request closed session to discuss (a) Purchase of real property including water rights (b) Litigation 10. (Return to open session) Consider approval of purchase of real property including water rights 11. Consider approval of April 7, 2025 board meeting minutes
