Continued Review, Discussion, and Possible Approval: Robinson (NS Hill) Property Annexation Petition (NS-424-A, 37.56 acres). Applicant: Jonathan Shaw 5. Review and Discussion: Fairview Subdivision Phase 2 and Bridge Concept Plan Proposal. Applicant: Courtney Richins 6. Continued Review, Discussion, and Possible Approval: Resolution #2025-1; Updates to the Coalville City Fee Schedule. 7. Updates: A. Community Development B. Public Works C. Engineering D. Legal E. Mayor F. Council 8. Review and Possible Approval: Accounts Payable dated May 22, 2025. 9. Continued Review and Possible Approval: Minutes dated April 28, 2025 and May 12, 2025. 10. Closed Session: Possible motion to enter a closed session for the purchase, exchange, or lease of property; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the character, professional competence, or the physical or mental health of an individual; or the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems. 11. Adjournment In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, Individuals needing special accommodations for this meeting should notify City Hall at (435)336-5981, at least 24 hours before this meeting. Per the Open and Public Meetings Act, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Coalville City Council will conduct its regular meeting at the above time and place specified.
