Approve minutes of the previous meeting b. Approve purchase orders, payroll and payment of bills c. Licenses and permits PUBLIC HEARING 6:35 PM Public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning the proposed amendments to the 2024-2025 fiscal year Fillmore City Operating Budgets. PUBLIC HEARING 6:40 PM Public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning the 2025-2026 fiscal year Fillmore City Operating Budgets. PUBLIC HEARING 6:45 PM Public hearing to receive public comment regarding approving a zone change to parcel F-MM-68 from the Residential 2 zone to the Light Industrial zone. COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS a. Fire Department Report b. Millard County Report OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly approve a change of zone to parcel F-MM-68 from the Residential 2 zone to the Light Industrial zone. b. Discuss and possibly approve the petition and annex the area described in the Moulding/Pratt annexation petition.
