Opening Ceremony - By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance - Opening Prayer- 2. Roll Call - City Recorder 3. Approval of Claims and Requisitions - Mayor Claims Register: Dated 05/10/2025 to 05/23/2025 in the amount of $234,906.54 Requisitions as needed. 4. Approval of Minutes - Mayor May 13, 2025, 6:30 pm Regular City Council Meeting 5. Approval of Tentative Budget- Dave Oxman 6. Water Rate Analysis Discussion- Sunrise Engineering 7. Approval of Mt. Pleasant City Resolution 2025-03 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 2023-18 SETTING CULINARY WATER RATES WITHIN AND OUTSIDE OF THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES OF MT. PLEASANT CITY. 8. Approval of Mt. Pleasant City Ordinance 2025-03 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY ZONE - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING IN ITS ENTIRETY SECTION 030, CHAPTER 16 OF TITLE 10 OF THE MOUNT PLEASANT MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY ZONE. 9. Approval of Mt. Pleasant City Ordinance 2025-04 AMENDMENTS AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING IN ITS ENTIRETY SECTION 070 OF CHAPTER 04 OF TITLE 10 OF THE MOUNT PLEASANT MUNICIPAL CODE TO COMPLY WITH UTAH STATE CODE. 10. Approval of Mt. Pleasant City Ordinance 2025-05 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 OF TITLE 10 OF THE MOUNT PLEASANT MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCLUDE A NEW SECTION ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS. 11. Approval of Mt. Pleasant City Ordinance 2025-06 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 OF TITLE 10 OF THE MOUNT PLEASANT MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCLUDE A NEW SECTION ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR COMMERCIAL SITE PLANS. 12. Approval of Mt. Pleasant City Ordinance 2025-07 DETACHED ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 OF TITLE 10 OF THE MOUNT PLEASANT MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCLUDE A NEW SECTION ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR DETACHED ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS. 13. Public Participation Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda.
