- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL SYNOPSIS OF SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 29 of 2025 The Salt Lake City Council, at its May 20, 2025, meeting, adopted an ordinance amending the budget for the Library Fund for Fiscal Year 2024-25. Budget amendments happen several times each year to reflect adjustments to the City's budgets, including proposed project additions and modifications. The amendment includes required annual true-ups of property tax increments that go to the Utah Inland Port Authority, Convention Center Hotel, and the Community Reinvestment Agency of Salt Lake City.
