PRESENTATION: CSL CONSULTING - Executive Summary of the OAKLEY ARENA EXPANSION STUDY 5. ARENA EXPANSION DISCUSSION: Next Steps 6. JOINT CELEBRATION/RODEO EVENT ITEMS AS NEEDED a. 2026 Rodeo Ticket Proposal b. 2025 Rodeo Parking Plan c. Other Celebration Items as needed 7. CLOSED SESSION: Utah State Code Annotated 52-4-205 allows for the governing body of the city to enter closed session for any of the reasons cited in the above referenced section of Utah State Code.
