- 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER a. Invocation: Councilmember Dave Neff b. Pledge: Councilmember Steve Wilmoth 2. PUBLIC COMMENT: For Items not already on the Agenda scheduled for a Public Hearing. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. The council may or may not respond to non-agenda issues brought up under public comment. Those wishing to comment should state their full name and address, and whom they represent on the subject matter to be addressed. No person shall interrupt legislative proceedings. 3. CONSENT CALENDAR a. Minutes 4. YISIDA - STATE CONTRACT CYBERSECURITY HIGH PRIORITY SYSTEMS: Michelle Richardson 5. CELEBRATION COMMITTEE DISCUSSION: Councilmember Frazier 6. MAYOR REPORT a. Cattail Well Phase II - Update b. Other Items as needed. 7. COUNCILMEMBER REPORTS a. Councilmembers as needed. 8. CLOSED SESSION - The Council may vote to discuss certain matters in Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 52-4-205(d). 9. ADJOURNMENT.
