AGENDA Public Notice is hereby given that the Santa Clara City Council will hold a Regular Meeting in the City Council Chambers, located at 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah on Wednesday May 14, 2025, commencing at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be broadcast on our website at https://santaclarautah.gov 1. Call to Order: 2. Opening Ceremony: - Pledge of Allegiance: Councilwoman Hinton - Opening Comments: Rabbi Mendy Cohen, Chabad Jewish Community of Southern Utah, St. George Interfaith Council. 3. Conflicts and Disclosures: 4. General Citizen Public Comments: 5. Working Agenda: A. Public Hearing(s) 6:00 pm. 1. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding the FY2025-2026 Tentative Budget. B. Consent Agenda: 1. Approval of Claims & Minutes: - April 23, 2025, City Council Regular Meeting - April 23, 2025, City Council Work Meeting - Claims through May 14, 2025 2. Calendar of Events: - May 26, 2025, Memorial Day (Offices Closed) - May 28, 2025, City Council Work Meeting - May 28, 2025, Regular City Council Meeting C. General Business: 1. Introduction of new City staff members. 2. Appointment of Tyson Hafen to the Heritage Commission. Presented by Mayor Rosenberg. 3.
