- Date: February 25, 2025 @ 7:00 pm Place: Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center Street Purpose: Rezone 0.6 acres from Rural Residential (RR) to Industrial (I-1) The Gunnison City Planning Commission will conduct the above public hearing to receive comments about the proposed rezoning. The subject property is located 120 West 500 South. The rezoning is requested to accommodate a proposed Boat/RV Storage business. Additional information is available in the Administration office of City Hall, 38 West Center Street, during regular business hours. Questions about the request may be directed to Dennis Marker the City Administrator at dmarker@gunnisoncity.org or by calling 435-528-7969. The scheduled hearing and this notice are provided in accordance with State Law, ยง10-9a-502
