- NOTICE TO BIDDERS Statements of Qualifications and Interest will be received electronically via Bonfire until 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, for the following project: 400 SOUTH BRIDGE REPLACEMENT OVER THE JORDAN RIVER, JOB NO. RDW25028. Statements of Qualifications and Interest delivered to any other location will not be accepted. E-mails or downloads from shared sites shall not be considered. Late Statements of Qualifications and Interest including other required documents as outlined in section 1.8 of Document 00300 will not be accepted. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: The scope of work and submittal requirements will be available on May 16, 2025, at 5 pm. The documents can also be viewed and downloaded at the following websites: https://utah.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities To ensure notification of addenda is received, BIDDERS please register with Utah Public Procurement Portal (U3P): https://purchasing.utah.gov/ The work will consist of providing engineering documents and design services for the 400 South Bridge Replacement Over the Jordan River project through a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) project delivery method. The construction contractor herein shall be referred to as the 'CM/GC Contractor'. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and Interest or to waive any informality or technicality in any Statement of Qualifications and Interest if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. In compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the following information is provided, contact person: Fel Fano, Contract Administrator, City Engineer's Office.
