- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting on the 16th day of February 2023. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of Allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public Comment. 5- Approval of the minutes from January 19, 2022. 6- Discussion and possible approval of $1.50 raise for Debbie Jensen for past certifications. 7- Presentation from UDOT on their Study and Access Management Agreement. 8- Discussion and possible approval of access management for US-6 cooperative agreement. 9- Discussion and possible approval of the Locust St Park plan. 10- Discussion and possible approval of no parking signs on the north side of Voll St. from Dodge St. to Welby St. 11- Discussion of process for improvements to the Floodplain Permit. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Possible closed session. Adjournment:
