- Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, May 27, 2025 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION SWEARING IN OF NEW PLANNING COMMISSIONERS APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETINGS - MAY 13, 2025. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW 1. 1200 West Weaver Subdivision - PRELIMINARY PLAT The applicant, Colby Anderson, representing CIR Engineering, is requesting preliminary plat approval for a two-lot subdivision that includes right-of-way dedication to the City. The property is located at 1200 West Weaver Lane. 2. International Towing - CONDITIONAL USE The applicant, Shirley Morris Edwards, representing International Towing, is requesting a conditional use permit for Towing Services at this location. The property is located at 2185 North 675 East. PUBLIC HEARING 3. Gordon and Highway 89 Town Center Area - REZONE Layton City is requesting a rezone of subject properties in preparation for the future development area as a neighborhood town center. The property is located at approximately 1313 North 2625 East. ADJOURNMENT
