- NOTICE OF WORKSHOP UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION MAY 1, 2025 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Utah Housing Corporation (UHC) will hold a Board of Trustees Workshop commencing at 8:00 a.m. Thursday, May 1, 2025. Trustees of UHC will participate via in person originated by the President. Within the meanings accorded by Utah law, the Meeting shall be an Electronic Meeting, and the Anchor Location shall be Grand Summit Hotel and Resort, 4000 Canyons Resort Dr., Park City, UT 84098. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting special accommodations during the meeting should notify UHC not less than 24 hours prior to the meeting. The agenda will be substantially as follows: 1. Welcome & Introductions 2. 2025 Legislative Session Recap 3. Financial Update 4. Department Overview and Update - Valerie Terry, VP Internal Audit 5. Department Overview and Update - Ron Winterton, VP Mortgage Banking 6. Department Overview and Update - Claudia O'Grady, VP Multifamily Finance and Development UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION David C.
