A G E N D A This meeting will not have a public virtual/electronic component. Those interested in participating will need to attend personally, or otherwise make arrangements. Portions of the meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken. 4:00 p.m. - SPECIAL BOARD MEETING 1. Call to Order and Determination of Quorum 2. Discussion and Action RE: Emergency Procurement Well #5A Pump and Motor Repairs 3. Closed Sessions, if needed as allowed under Utah Code Ann. 52-4-205 A. Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual. (Utah Code Ann. 52-4-205) B. Strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. (Utah Code Ann. 52-4-205) C. Strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property.
