- SF Logo Wednesday, April 16, 2025 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. April 9, 2025. 2. Site Plan A. ECHO SPUR. This proposal involves the development of a six-unit industrial building located at 1262 West 3470 North. 3. Preliminary Plat A. SPANISH SPRINGS PHASE 3 (Amended Preliminary Plat). This proposal involves amending a previously approved Preliminary Plat to add 3 additional lots for an industrial subdivision located at approximately 2700 North 170 East. 4. Minor Plat Amendment A. RIVER COVE PLAT K AMENDMENT. This proposal involves a request to amend residential lot lines located at 1068 West River Ridge Lane. 5. Re-Final Plat A. THE RIDGE PHASE 7. This proposal involves the re-approval of a Final Plat for a Master Planned Development that includes 24 multi-family units located at 2725 East Canyon Road. 6. Discussion A. AMI ANTENNA. B. ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER CONSTRUCTION LAY DOWN YARD. 7. Adjourn
