- SF Logo Wednesday, May 21, 2025 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. April 23, 2025. B. April 30, 2025. C. May 7, 2025. 2. Zone Change A. LARSON RANCH. This proposal involves a request to change the zoning from R-1-30 to R-R located at 1273 South 2000 West. 3. Final Plat A. THE VILLAS AT ANNIE'S ACRES SUBDIVISION. This proposal involves approving a Final Plat for a Master Planned Development located at approximately 1150 South 350 East. 4. Conditional Use Permit A. ACE RENTS LANDSCAPE YARDS. This proposal involves the approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the outdoor storage of materials and merchandise at a commercial lot located at 96 West Arrowhead Trail. 5. Discussion A. Minor Collectors TMP Amendment May 2025. Proposal to add minor collectors in undeveloped areas for connectivity and system capacity. 6. Adjourn
