- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, APRIL 15, 2025 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Zeb Wignall, Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call. Discussions/Concerns brought up by community members or council not to be voted on. Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting(s); 3.18.2025 Public Hearing, 3.18.2025 Town Council. Discussion on proper procedures for charging shut off fees to customers Discussion on subdivision irrigation water shares. Discussion and vote on the Town of Sterling's Motto. Planning & Zoning commission to ask to attend the R6 Council in lue of holding P&Z meeting in May. Discussion and update on Budget and plan budget hearing for May. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees Approval of Payment of Bills Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on April 11, 2025 are highlighted in red.
