- MARCH 3, 2025 DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Design Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 3, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The public hearing shall be preceded by a work session from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. City Staff will host the meeting, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 82 South Main Street (Old Fort Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Stephen Howe for a commercial site plan for a tenant improvement, located at approximately 82 South Main Street in the Downtown Village - Commercial Zone. The applicant is completing the missing portion of the front wall of the building and readying the interior for potential tenants. Review and approve the minutes for the February 10, 2025, meeting.
