- The Lindon City Council will hold a meeting at 5:15 pm on Monday, May 5, 2025 in the Lindon City Center Council Chambers, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. Meetings are typically broadcast live at www.youtube.com/user/LindonCity. The agenda will consist of the following: REGULAR SESSION - 5:15 P.M. - Conducting: Carolyn Lundberg, Mayor Invocation: Steve Stewart, Councilmember Pledge of Allegiance: By invitation 1. Call to Order / Roll Call 2. Presentations and Announcements: a) Comments / Announcements from Mayor and Council members. 3. Open Session for Public Comment (For items not listed on the agenda) 4. Council Reports 5. Administrator's Report 6. Approval of Minutes - The minutes of City Council meeting from April 21, 2025. 7. Consent Agenda - (Items do not require public comment or discussion and can all be approved by a single motion. The following consent agenda was presented for approval: a) Municipal Wastewater Planning Program (MWPP) approval, Resolution #2025-9-R 8. Review & Action: Property Purchase. The Council will review and consider purchasing approximately 6.12 acres of land located at 400 West Lakeview Road for use by the city for a future park, stormwater detention basin, road right-of-way to connect 400 West to State Street, and other infrastructure needs. 9. Discussion Item: Aquatic Center amenity refurbishment. The Council will receive information from the Parks & Recreation Department about the possible refurbishment of the pirate ship play amenity in the Aquatics Center and give feedback on whether or not to include this work in the FY2025-26 budget. 10. Review & Action: PARC Tax Mini Grant Awards. The Council will review and consider awarding FY2025-26 PARC Tax Mini Grants as recommended by the Parks & Recreation Department. 11. Review & Action: 1600 North, UDOT right-of-way acquisition. The Council will review and consider an agreement transferring road right-of-way to UDOT for the 1600 North widening project. 12. Closed Session - The City Council will discuss potential purchase or sale of real property and pending or possible litigation per Utah Code 52-4-205(1)(e) & 52-4-205(1)(c).This session is closed to the general public.
