- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA FIELDS ESTATES PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF FIELDS ESTATES PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON MONDAY, MAY 19, 2025 AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095 AT 11:00am A. Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items 1. Renewal of Trustees' Conflict of Interest Disclosure Forms and Ethical Behavior Pledge Forms C. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on December 9, 2024. 2. Approve and ratify payment applications and requisition requests made since last board meeting. D. Action Items 1. Consider accepting the Q4 financial statements for calendar year 2024. 2. Consider accepting the Q1 financial statements for calendar year 2025. 3. Consider approval and/or ratification of the proposal/engagement agreement from to perform auditing services for 2024, and authorizing the Chair to sign. E. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Annual Board Training - Open and Public Meetings Act (https://training.auditor.utah.gov) 2. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure district business. F. Adjourn The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing reasonable accommodations for those in need of assistance.
