- Public Hearing Notice Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will occur Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, Utah. Public Hearing for discussion and recommendation to THE COVE at SILVER REEF for review of an application on a zone change, development agreement and community plan. The proposed zone is The Cove at Silver Reef. The property is generally located around Silver Reef Rd and Bonanza Flat Rd. Certificate of Posting The undersigned Deputy Clerk does hereby certify that the above notice was posted on May 19, 2025, These public places are Leeds Town Hall, Leeds Post Office, the Utah Public Meeting Notice website http://pmn.utah.gov, & the Town of Leeds Website www.leedstown.org. _______________________________ Cari Bishop, Deputy Clerk
