- PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Mayor and members of the Town Council of Hinckley Town, Millard County, State of Utah, will hold a Special Public Hearing on Tuesday, the 27th day of May, 2025, at its regular meeting place, the Town Council Chambers, 161 East 300 North, Hinckley, Utah at the hour of 7:00 P.M. The Agenda for the meeting consists of the following: (1) Consideration for applying for grant funding and loans for improving/rehabilitating the Town Sewer Lagoons.
