The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Meeting to Order 2. Discussion and Possible Recommendations on Changes to the Provisions Regarding Signage in the City's Zoning Ordinance. 3. Discussion and Possible Recommendations on Updating the City's Annexation Policy 4. Discussion on Residential/Industrial Conflict Prevention 5.
