Approve Minutes of the Previous Meeting b. Approve Purchase Orders, Payroll and Payment of Bills c. Licenses and Permits COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS a. Daniel Peterson - Inquiry regarding leasing of Fillmore City owned property. OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 25-06 amending the Fillmore City Sewer Policy and Fillmore City Sanitary Sewer Management Plan, specifically as it relates to repairs of sewer lateral lines. b. Discuss and possibly approve the petition and annex the area described in the Moulding/Pratt annexation petition. c. Discuss and possibly approve a Planning Commission recommendation to amend Ordinance 24-19 (Water Conveyance) COUNCIL/CITY ATTORNEY/MAYOR DEPARTMENT REPORTS (Identification of issues for consideration on future agendas)
