- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS MAY 27, 2025 AND JUNE 5, 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 6.524 acres of property, consisting of the following parcels: 09-088-0151, 09-088-0075, 09-088-0148, 09-088-0149, and 09-088-0150, from CP-1 (Planned Neighborhood Commercial) to A (Agriculture). The property is located at approximately 1313 East 1400 North. The Layton City Council will also hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue.
