- NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF JORDAN VALLEY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District will hold its regular Executive Committee meeting at 3:30 p.m., Monday, April 7, 2025, at the District Administration Building located at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah. Trustees and members of the public may attend this meeting in person or electronically. For information on how to join the meeting electronically, visit Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District's website at (https://jvwcd.org/calendar/1763/executive-committee-meeting). Agenda 1. Review agenda for April 9, 2025, Board meeting 2. Annual training for Trustees on Open and Public Meetings Act 3. Discuss Utah Public Officers' and Employees Ethics' Act 4. Review tentative water rates 5. Adjourn Annual Employee Retirement Plan Meeting Agenda 1. Call to order by Plan Administrator - Alan Packard 2. Consider approval of minutes of the Employee Retirement Plan meeting held April 8, 2024 3. Report on the 2024 Employee Retirement Plan 4. Consider fund actions to take in 2025 5.
