- NOTICE OF MONTHLY MEETING UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION APRIL 24, 2025 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Utah Housing Corporation (UHC) will hold a Monthly Meeting commencing at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, April 24, 2025. Trustees of UHC will participate via in person or video conference originated by the President. Within the meanings accorded by Utah law, the Meeting shall be an Electronic Meeting, and the Anchor Location shall be the UHC Offices at 2479 South Lake Park Blvd., West Valley City, UT. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting special accommodations during the meeting should notify UHC not less than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Approval of Minutes: - Monthly Board Meeting, March 27, 2025 2. Disclosure of Trustees' Interests 3. Resolution 2025-12, 9th Note Apartments (formerly known as Moda Griffin), authorizing a tax-exempt mortgage loan in an amount not to exceed $23,650,000 4. Resolution 2025-13, Liberty Corner, authorizing the issuance and sale of a tax-exempt mortgage note in an amount not to exceed $72,270,000 5. Resolution 2025-14, Waymark at Folsom Trail (formerly known as Folsom Apartments), authorizing a tax-exempt mortgage note not to exceed $26,551,800 and two taxable mortgage notes not to exceed $4,000,000, and $40,000,000 6. Resolution 2025-15, Consolidating the Real Estate Acquisition Pool ('REAP') funding into the Housing Development Lending Facility ('HDLF') 7. Resolution 2025-16, Authorizing the Reservation of Federal 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits 8. Resolution 2025-17, Sale of Single Family Taxable Mortgage Bonds not to exceed $200,000,000 9. Resolution 2025-18, Authorizing the issuance of Ginnie Mae MBS in amounts not to collectively exceed $500,000,000 10.
