- PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is given that the Snowville Town Council will hold its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, the 9th of April, 2025, at the Snowville Town Hall, located at 20 West Main, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. THE AGENDA FOR THIS MEETING SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE ORDINANCE OF CONTROL OF PRIVATE WELLS FOR DOMESTIC WELLS RESOLUTION #2025-04-01 Welcome - Mayor Scott O'Hare Pledge - Mayor O'Hare Prayer - Jed Pugsley Acceptance of the Agenda and Acceptance of Minutes from the Previous Meeting Matt and Kjerstin Wilcock- Website bid for Service - 10 minutes Claine Burt- Emergency Manager Vote on Resolution #25-04-01 Private Wells for Domestic Wells Vote on having the Old Ambulance as a Basic Ambulance Vote on having AJ fix the Chains on the Sander for the Snow Plow- $ 2,000 Park and Cemetery positions Opened/Posted Box Elder County Sheriff (3 min) - Neighborhood Watch Forsgren (Eric Dustler) (5 min) - Snowville Fire Department (3min) - Residential Burn Window will be open through May 30th. The Town Fire Trucks need to be safety inspected. Snowville EMS (3 min) -Update on the old Ambulance progress Snowville Clerk (3 min)- Snowville Treasure (3 min) - Dog Licensing 2025, April 26th, 10-12, Fire Station AJ Morgan - WaterOperater(3 min) Council Member McGary (3 min) Council Member Johnson (3 min) - Council Member O'Hare (3min.) - Easter Egg Hunt update, time, Etc. Council Member Arbon(3 min.)
