- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District will be in a regularly scheduled board meeting on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the District Office Lab Training Room, located at 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075. 1. Declaration of conflicts of interest. 2. Oath of Office - Clerk of the Board. 3. Approval of meeting minutes of the meeting held April 10, 2025. 4. Public Comments: Individuals from the public may address the Board of Trustees at this time. Comments should be limited to three minutes and participants should state their name for the record. The Board of Trustees cannot take action on items not listed on the agenda. 5. Award contract for supplying two digester heat exchangers - Myron Bachman. 6. CMGC 2025 WO1 Lining Update - BJ Riggins C&L Water Solutions Azuria. 7. CMGC Fairfield Road Sewer Replacement Update - Trent D'Ewart Whitaker Construction. 8. Presentation and approval of First Quarter 2025 Financial Report - Angela Lupcho. 9. Presentation on Biosolids Land Acquisition - David Hatch. 10. Manager's review. 11. Consideration of approval to allow District Manager negotiate easement for trail access on south side of Antelope Drive - Dave Maughan. 12. Board Chair's review.
