- Rockville Planning Commission Regular Meeting Rockville Town Hall March 11, 2025 - 6:00 pm The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 11th day of March, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to order - roll call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item. Public Comment - If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. 4. Consideration and Action for a Home Occupation Business-Moonflower Beverage Company-160 North Pebble Lane-Kali Evenson 5. Consideration and Action on a Modification on a Building Permit for -Permission to move a Temporary Trailer onsite to live in during Construction of his home-525 West Main-Steve Brantley 6. Consideration and Action for a Home Occupation Business-70 South Bridge Road-Jeff Crosland 7. Consideration and Action on a Grading/Excavation Application for an Irrigation Pond at 128 W. 250 S. Grafton Road-John and Nancy Lowe-Clint Hancock 8. Approval of the minutes for the January 14, 2025, Regular Meeting. 9. Approval of the minutes for the February 11, 2025, Work Meeting Information/Discussion/Non-action Items 10. Planning Commission Administrative Business a.
