- NOTICE OF 2025 MUNICIPAL ELECTION PRIMARY ELECTION (if needed) - AUGUST 12, 2025 GENERAL ELECTION - NOVEMBER 4, 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING OFFICES ARE TO BE VOTED ON IN THE WEST POINT CITY 2025 MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION: MAYOR - 4-YEAR TERM: ONE SEAT AVAILABLE CITY COUNCIL MEMBER - 4-YEAR TERM: TWO SEATS AVAILABLE DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY FORMS AND $25 FILING FEE MUST BE FILED IN-PERSON DURING THE DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY PERIOD WITH THE WEST POINT CITY RECORDER LOCATED AT: WEST POINT CITY HALL 3200 W 300 N WEST POINT, UT 84015 DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY PERIOD: MONDAY, JUNE 2 - FRIDAY, JUNE 6 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM A person filing a declaration of candidacy for a municipal office must meet the requirements of UCA 20A-9-203. Candidates are also subject to disclosure requirements identified in UCA 10-3-208 and UCA 10-3-301.5 For additional information, please contact Casey Arnold, West Point City Recorder, at 801-776-0970 or carnold@westpointutah.gov **Certificate of Posting** The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the Notice of the 2025 Municipal Election for West Point City has been or will be published in accordance with, and in addition to, UCA 10-3-301(2): 1) at West Point City Hall; 2) on the West Point City Website, www.westpointutah.gov; 3) in the May 2025 West Point City Monthly Newsletter, (4) on the Utah Public Notice Website; and 5) posted on the West Point City Facebook page.
