- Tremonton City Corporation Planning Commission March 25, 2025 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 5:30 p.m. AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Public Comments 4. Approval of minutes - February 25, 2025 & March 11, 2025 5. Public Hearing: a. To receive public input on amendments to Chapter 1.24 Home Occupation Permit. b. To receive public input to amend zoning district regulations relating to rezone of parcels 05-200-0040, 05-200-0048, 05-200-0047. 6. New Business: a. Discussion and consideration of Spring Hollow, Phase 4 b. Discussion and consideration of Chapter 1.24 Home Occupation Permit. c. Discussion and consideration of amending zoning district regulations relating to rezone of parcels 05-200-0040, 05-200-0048, 05-200-0047. 7. Planning commission comments/reports 8. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Commission may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Tiffany Lannefeld no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted March 21, 2025, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting.
