- Revised MEETING NOTICE OF THE POWDER MOUNTAIN WATER and SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a public meeting at the District Office located at 298 24th St. Ste.150 Ogden, Utah commencing on May 13, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. (All Board Members and staff will be participating VIA Zoom participants ID #3278889056. Please send email comments to czenger@pmwsid.gov The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Robert Behrendt B. Brian Babcock Attorney? C. Jeff Burton-Annexation into the District D. Agenda Related Public Comments - (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes). E. Consent Items - Request for approval of the reviewed financials - Request for approval of the warrants in the amount of $191,657.15 - Request for approval to appointment of Public Records Officer-Cristina Schultz - Request for approval to ratify the RMP Contract - Request for approval of the final Standard & Spec - Request for approval for the Call to Audit with Ulrich & Associates - Request for approval of the Powder Lodge Irrigation Resolution F. Business items - National and California Special District - Discharge Order reviewed - Attorney at the Wednesday Meeting G. Request for motion to adjourn the public meeting for a closed strategy session to discuss the acquisition of real property, including any form of water right, and any pending or reasonably imminent litigation. H. Request for motion to reconvene public meeting. I. Action Item I.
