- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Utah Code §52-4-202, that the Administrative Control Board (the 'Board') of the North Summit Fire District (the 'District') will hold its regular work session and meeting on Thursday, April 10, 2025, beginning at 6:00 PM at Fire Station 21, 86 E Center St., Coalville, UT 84017 1. Meeting Opening 1.1 Call to Order 1.2 Roll Call 2. Closed session in compliance with Utah Code §52-4-205(1) as needed, to discuss 2.1 Purchase, exchange, or lease of real property 2.2 Pending or reasonably imminent litigation 2.3 Personnel - to discuss the character, competence, or physical or mental health of an individual 2.4 Deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Work Session 4.1 Chiefs operations update. 4.2 Discussion on social security tax. 5. Public Input Public comment is for any matter not on the Agenda. If you wish to interact with the Board for public input, please follow the 'Public Comment Instructions'. 6.
