- LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On May 22, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and consideration of DHI Communities' request for approval of a plat amendment for Ascend at Inverness, amending Inverness Plat 4, Lot 159 showing utility lines and detention. Public hearing and recommendation of McKay Winkel's request for review of the Fondell Industrial Zone Change, located at 1657 North State Street changing the zoning on 2 acres from MU (Mixed Use) to C-H (Heavy Commercial). Public hearing and consideration of AWA's request for approval of the Smith's Site Plan and conditional use for a pharmacy drive-thru located at approximately 2100 North 3600 West.
