- 1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. Approval of the Planning Commission Minutes from April 16, 2025. 3. DECLARATION OF ABSTENTIONS & CONFLICTS 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS **Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings, until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting. After that time only in person comments will be taken.** a. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council for Zone Change Z-25-10 adding the Agri-Tourism Overlay Zone located at 3400 S. Washington Fields Road. Applicant: Staheli Family Farm LLC b. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council for Zone Change Z-25-11 from R-1-6 to R-2 located at 272 W 200 South. Applicant: Tavin Gibson and Kysen Goodspeed c. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council for Zone Change Z-25-13 to update the project name from 'Stucki Farms' to 'Alaia,' assign building heights within the Mixed-Use and Hospitality areas, and revise pod numbers to align with the current site plan. Applicant: Preserve at Stucki Farms Holding Co. 5. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT a. Consideration to approve an updated phasing plan for approved Conditional Use Permit C-23-15 for a storage unit facility located at 872 South 100 East. Applicant: Rosenberg & Associates. 6. ZONE CHANGE a. Continuation of consideration and recommendation to City Council of Zone Change Z-25-08 from A-20 to PUD-R located at approximately 172 E Neilson Ranch Rd.
