- NOTICE OF A REGULAR WORK SESSION OF THE BOARD OF UINTAH COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Uintah County, State of Utah, will hold a work session in the Large Commission Conference Room at 152 East 100 North, Vernal, Utah. MAY 7, 2025 MEETING BEGINS AT 12:00 P.M. WELCOME 1. OPENING REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: a. Appeal Authority b. Cultural Resource Survey Report 2. SURFACE LEASE WITH AMERICAN GILSONITE 3. SLCGP MOU 002 - PATCH MANAGEMENT ADDENDUM 4. CONTRACT FOR SPECIAL ENTERTAINMENT AT THE FAIR 5. CONSIDERATION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH NAPLES CITY FOR JUSTICE COURT PROSECUTION ADJOURN I, Michael W.
