- The Hyde Park City Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings to consider the following: EDITS TO HPMC 13.60.010 SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE EDITS TO HPMC 15.50.080 SWPP ORDINANCE Any comments may be expressed at the Public Hearings, or via email to cityoffice@hpcutah.gov All interested citizens are encouraged to attend.
