Welcome 2. Consider and approve minutes from previous board meetings (November and January ) 3. Public comment 4. Vote to approve new board members. 5. Change the April board meeting date. It is currently scheduled during the school's Spring Break. 6. 2025-2026 Calendar (vote) 7. School Land Trust 2025-2026 proposal 8. School Land Trust 2024-2025 final report (vote) 9. Director's report a. strategic plan: goals, basic budget guesses, etc b. 2025-2026 staffing plan: changes/updates and basic budget guesses c. middle of year data: state required data as well as report card data, etc. 10. Finance committee recommendations - Review monthly financials - Review financial needs for suggested 25-26 school year teacher/para format. 11. Safety committee recommendations - Compliance and bugeting for audit findings 12. Policy Committee 13. Closed Session as permitted under UT Code Section 52-4-205(a)) (if necessary) 14. Action Necessary from Closed Session (if necessary) 15. Adjourn
