- AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stansbury Park Improvement District will hold its re-scheduled Board Meeting on April 29, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Stansbury Park Office, 30 Plaza. One of the three Board Members may participate and join the Board Meeting electronically. (Previously scheduled for April 15th) The agenda will be as follows: 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. KIRK PEARSON AND DOYLE GARRARD - EXPLORE OPTIONS FOR WATER SERVICE TO LAKE POINT 3. UPDATE ON OQUIRRH POINT SEWER SERVICE DISCUSSION AND SPID SEWER TREATMENT OPTIONS 4. JOE WHITE- REQUEST TO PAY IMPACT FEES FOR SUNSET ACRES AND MAJESTIC VIEW AT TIME OF BUILDING PERMIT VERSUS ALL AT PLAT SIGNING 5. REVIEW AND APPROVE 2025 ELECTION CONTRACT WITH TOOELE COUNTY 6. MANAGER OPERATION REPORT 7. APPROVE MEETING MINUTES OF MARCH 18, 2025 8. APPROVE FINANCIALS & WARRANTS 9. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS- PUBLIC COMMENT 10. MOTION FOR ADJOURNMENT
