- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING APRIL 15th, 2025 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah, will hold a regular Meeting on April 15th, at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 9:00 AM 9:00 AM Open Meeting Call to order - Prayer offered by TBA. - Pledge of Allegiance led by PresLee Jensen New Business 9:05: Approve Bills 9:10: High Desert Trail Update 9:15: Policy 9:25: Surplus Items - GIS Printers/TV-TV Cart/Metal Unit 9:30: Award Oil and Chip Seal Bid 9:40: Fervo CUP Updates 10:00: Large Public Assemblies Permit Application - Stetson Wright Invitational 10:10: Milford Mining Update (To be discussed when/as time permits) - Old Business - Commission Updates BEAVER COUNTY COMMISSION CHAIRMAN Any other business properly brought before the Board.
