Approval of Right-of-Way Excavation License for Manti City at 1000 E. 500 South to excavate a Water Line at the base of Manti Canyon. Approval to appoint Jacob Olsen to the Central Utah Health Department Board. Kevin Christensen: Approval of payment for Summer Radio Campaigns for Travel Office; Discuss the landscaping around the New Event Building at the Fairpark. Eli Williams: Discussion and Potential Approval of the TextMyGov Contract; Approval of Payment to TextMyGov. Sheriff Jared Buchanan: Approval to Pay Amazon for Equipment from FY25 EMS Per Diem Grant; Discussion on Fee Changes from BCI. Chad & Jacquelyn Beck: Discussion and potential approval of a resolution in regards to a problem created by the use of an Unauthorized Easement/Right-of-Way, TS 16S, Range 4E, Section 6, NW side of the SW Quarter. Requesting Policies and Procedures are in place so that it doesn't happen again. Discussion in regards to appointing members to the Sanpete County Economic Opportunity Board. Kevin Daniels: Approval of Invoice for Spencer Liebel, University of Utah, Department of Neurology; Approval to pay Denton's invoice 981565 in regards to the Bradley Case; Approval to pay Denton's invoice 981566 in regards to the Freehold Case; Discussion and Potential Approval of Settlement of Wheeler v. Sanpete County. Approval of Minutes. Closed Session (if necessary).
