- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 6th day of May 2025 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember Mike Kelly - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held April 15, 2025 2. Business - Youth Council Liaison - Cache County Sheriff Chad Jensen - FY 2026 Law Enforcement and Animal Control Contracts - Proposed Budget Discussion - Resolution 25-06 'A Resolution Adopting the Clarkston Town FY 2026 Proposed Budget' - Set Public Hearing Date for FY 2025 Amended Budget and FY 2026 Budget - Resolution 25-07 'An Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between Cache County and Clarkston Town Regarding Full Election Services for the 2025 Municipal Election' - Business License Applications - Mark Kidman - Gilbert Salas - Amphitheater Use Request - Benson Utah Stake 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Town Hall Naming Councilmember M. Stephensen - April Warrant List - Youth Council - Pony Express Days Councilmember A. Hanover - Water Department - Planning Commission Councilmember M. Kelly - Cemetery Department - Emergency Management - Cache County School District Councilmember J. Petersen - Roads Department - Parks/Sports/Recreation Dept. - Float/ Parades 4. Other Business - Public Comment - Next meeting - May 20, 2025 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to a closed session.
