- SNYDERVILLE BASIN WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON INTENT TO MODIFY IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND WASTEWATER IMPACT FEES Notice is hereby given that Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District will hold a public hearing on May 19, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at the District's office located at 2800 Homestead Road, Park City, Utah regarding the Board of Trustee's intent to modify the District's Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis and Wastewater Impact Fee to provide for the expansion and treatment facility upgrade of the East Canyon Water Reclamation Facility ('ECWRF'). A copy of the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, Impact Fee Analysis Summary and Impact Fee Enactment is available at the District's office during regular business hours.
