- CALL TO ORDER: Claudia Sudweeks REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES: DISCUSSION ITEMS: New Members Volunteers - growing our society - help finding people - Early Family Collections & Additional Records - Digitization - Histories, Documents, Photos & Media, Highland Piper - Website - Genealogical & Historical Research - Museum - inventory, donations, future community center (partnership) o Fundraising, grants - Outreach - social media, Highland Farmer's Market, Highland Fling, schools, seminar/story time, etc. - Video Biography/Memory Preservation - interviews and video editing - Calendar Subcommittees and Teams - positions needed ADJOURNMENT In accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act, Highland City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by contacting the City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 at least three days in advance of the meeting.
