- Planning and Zoning Pending Minutes for April 2, 2025 The Planning commission met on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at the public safety building located at 130 W. Main in Cleveland, Utah at 7:00 pm. Those present were commission members: Tyler Rowley, Nancy Livingston, and Lowell Gardner on phone. Council Member Kristen Vose was in attendance. Excused Tracy Randall Public attendees: Sandra Oveson The Meeting was called to order by Tyler Rowley at 7:03 pm. Public Comments: None Minutes: Lowell Gardner made a motion to approve the minutes for March 5, 2025. A second was made by Nancy Livingston. All were in favor, motion passed. Public Comments: None Item #1: Sandra Oveson would like zoning clearance to put a chain link fence on her property. Sandra Oveson explained that the fence would go around property to front yard and back to the edge of her house. She is not sure if she will fence the front part. The fence will be 6 feet in back and 4 foot in front according to zoning ordinance and it will replace the horse panel in back. Lowell Gardner made a motion to approve the zoning for the fencing of Sandra Oveson's property. Second by Tyler Rowley. All were in favor, motion passed. Item #3: Adjourn Meeting: Nancy Livingston made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Second by Lowell Gardner. Meeting adjourned at 7:18 pm. Nancy Livingston, Clerk
