- Monroe Trails Committee Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 4:00 pm NOTICE AND AGENDA Pursuant to 52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the Monroe Trails Committee of Monroe City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular committee meeting on the above date at the City Office, 10 N Main, commencing at 4:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of business may be changed as time permits.) 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Committee Chairperson 2. Roll Call 3. Approve 2024-2-4 Meeting Minutes 4. Public Input 5. Business a. NEPA updates (Jenna) 1. Follow up on EA application deadline questions 2. MOU 3. Trail mapping and cultural survey scheduling b. East side trail updates (Prescott) 1. Bench trail flagging completed 2. Canal trail proposal c. Plan for City Council update (all) 1. Propose date to be on city council agenda (possible dates: 4/8, 4/22, 5/13) 2. Provide progress updates, and present 2025 general plan 3. Discuss easement for parking and restroom access at Red Hill Hot Springs trailhead 4. Any other topics or resource requests to include d. General/other business (all) 1. Shirts and swag ideas (Prescott) 2. Consider starting contractor bid process and trail crew(s) creation and scheduling 6. ADJOURNMENT Posted this 18th day of March 2025.
